G-Spot Augmentation with Platelet-Rich Plasma (O-Shot)

The O-shot, or orgasm injection, involves administering platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the patient’s G-spot and clitoris to enhance sexual pleasure. PRP is increasingly used in gynecology to rejuvenate sensitive areas.

The G-spot is a thickened area on the anterior vaginal wall; for some women, it is highly sensitive and well-innervated, leading to heightened sensations during intercourse. However, a less pronounced or less innervated G-spot may contribute to reduced satisfaction. PRP injection into the G-spot can enhance and amplify this erogenous area.

The procedure begins with drawing approximately 60 ml of the patient’s blood. The blood samples are then placed in a centrifuge, which isolates the platelet-rich plasma.

From one vial, about 6 ml of PRP is extracted and subsequently injected into the G-spot and clitoral area. The entire procedure takes around 40 minutes.
