Laser treatment of rosacea is a modern non-invasive therapeutic method that uses laser light energy to reduce the symptoms of rosacea. This treatment allows you to target dilated blood vessels and inflamed tissue, bringing patients relief and improving skin aesthetics.
During the treatment, the doctor uses a specially selected laser that emits light with a wavelength that effectively reaches the dilated blood vessels and inflammatory clusters. The laser light is absorbed by hemoglobin in the blood and thus heats the blood vessels, which leads to their contraction or closure. As a result, skin redness is reduced, as well as the number and intensity of inflammatory skin lesions.
