Secondary upper eyelid plasty, known as blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure carried out on patients who have previously undergone eyelid plasty but need to correct the results for various reasons. The procedure requires particular precision and experience on the part of the surgeon due to the altered tissue anatomy after previous surgery.
