V-Laser - vascular laser in Your Med

V-LASER – a complete solution for reducing vascular lesions and rejuvenating the skin

The V-Laser is currently the most modern and effective laser in its class. This device is used to treat a wide range of vascular problems.

The versatility of application and power of the V-laser allow treating a much wider range of vascular pathologies than previously provided by vascular lasers, including visible capillaries on the face, especially on the wings of the nose, telangiectasias, vascularized scars, congenital vascular malformations, dilated vessels on the lower extremities and facial erythema, which in young people is an expression of vascular brightness, and in older people may precede or accompany rosacea.

The uniqueness of the device is also determined by its innovative cooling technology, which ensures patient safety and comfort during the procedure. Continuous cooling reduces recovery time and minimizes the risk of complications, and the results are visible after the first procedure.

V-Laser is a long-pulsed Nd:YAG KTP laser for wide application in procedures for closing blood vessels and removing pigmented skin and epidermal lesions. The laser emits energy in the form of light pulses with very high power and high repetition stability.

The KTP laser provides radiation with a wavelength of 532 nm, which causes photothermolysis in shallow lesions. Treatment with this laser is characterized by high clinical efficacy and relatively minor side effects in the form of thermal changes in the surrounding tissues.

The Nd:YAG laser provides radiation with a wavelength of 1064 nm, which causes photothermolysis in deeply located lesions. This radiation can be used to close thicker or deeper venous lesions, both on the legs and face. An additional advantage of using this wavelength is the ability to perform a procedure commonly known as Genesis, which involves thermal stimulation of collagen to restore the skin’s original tension.

The V-Laser can treat numerous skin, vascular and pigmented lesions in a single session.  The good clinical result obtained as a result of short and comfortable procedures is very satisfactory for both the doctor and the patient.

V-Laser is one of the best lasers of its type available on the market today. It combines high safety with treatment effectiveness.

Two available wavelengths

  • Laser KTP 532 nm with long pulse

This radiation is characterized by shallow skin penetration and high absorption by hemoglobin and melanin. This wavelength is mainly intended for the treatment of small blood vessels and erythema, as well as for the removal of pigmented lesions.

  • Laser Nd:YAG 1064 nm with a long pulse

This radiation is characterized by deep penetration and low absorption coefficient of hemoglobin and melanin. This wavelength is mainly intended for closing thick vessels on the legs and medium-sized vessels on the face.

  • Laser Nd:YAG 1064 nm with Genesis mode

This radiation is characterized by a relatively short pulse duration (300 µs) and is intended for thermal stimulation of fibroblasts and neocollagenesis. This effect results in skin rejuvenation and revitalization. The main indications for use are the reduction of wrinkles and pores and the improvement of skin texture.
